Sent to the shop to pick up materials and waited and waited until finally a guy in forklift asked if we needed help. Highly disappointed as this was the place to go for so many years......... received phone call today from store manager insisting that this was not the way they do business and the problem will be resolved immediately. Thankful for the prompt response and willingness to listen to concerns. Thank you Brian
